Rates are down and Deals are A-Plenty!

As the family and I squeeze every last drop out of summer we’ve been loving spending time with all of you! The questions I’ve been getting this month? “Is now an ok time to {Insert Buy or Sell}? I think there’s some skepticism that comes national news, but as we all know, real estate is local and here’s what I’m seeing!

• Rates have actually decreased by a full point! Many of my clients are locking in at the high 4%’s and low 5%’s!

• There are some really great homes that came to market over-priced and are sitting (You’re still in control Seller’s but don’t push price!). If you see a home that’s been on the market for more than 2 weekends, you’re probably going to get yourself a deal!
