OUR FAVE ICE CREAM SPOTS IN FORT COLLINS

If you know me or Sam, we are big ice cream lovers!

It’s basically our once or twice a week ritual in the summer. My kids have come to expect it (regrettably), but if I’m honest, we love it too much to care!

Here’s some good options to beat the heat this summer (since it’s finally hot outside.)

1. Josh and John ‘s Ice Cream at Jessup Farms.

This is a great place to bring your family, and chill on their patio/lawn. If you haven’t been, they have a really good rewards program, which allows our family of four to get a free ice cream probably once a month. They also have fun trivia questions were you can win more punches. It always gets competitive!

2. Mary’s Mountain Cookies.

So, you may be saying to yourself, “ this isn’t an Ice Cream place..”

Well, you’re right – however, if you’ve ever been over to Mary’s Mountain cookies, you know that they have ice cream sandwiches. They are so massive, we sometimes only get one or two. But it’s enough for our family and it’s easy to hold while you walk around old town!

Also – they have gluten-free & keto cookies too!

3. Walrus Ice Cream

What’s not to love about Walrus ? Sam and I used to go there when we were in college, and we’ve come to love the line out the door and a warm summer evening. Ha ha- just kidding! It’s definitely nostalgic though, and definitely worth the wait for Jack Chip ice cream!
