February Market Update: Listing Surge

January saw a significant jump in new listings compared to the last 3 years. We also saw quite a few buyers jump back into the marketplace, even in those higher price ranges. It seems Sellers and Buyers are feeling more confident.
Buyers, this is your chance to shine (and maybe get away with a contingency). Sellers, if you have the ability to list sooner than later I recommend beating the crowds that start in May. Prep that house now!
